Can I upload my own artwork?
Absolutely. You can upload your own images, logos, artwork, or photos.
I don’t have a design. Can you help?
Yes! We can help create custom sticker designs using AI-assisted artwork and your ideas.
Can you turn photos into cartoons?
Yes. This is one of our most popular services.
Do I get to approve the design first?
Yes. For custom AI assisted designs, we normally provide up to 3 preview or demo concepts for you to choose from before printing.
Can you print copyrighted characters or logos?
Sorry, we cannot print copyrighted or trademarked material without permission from the rights owner.
What size are your sticker sheets?
Our sticker sheets are 4 x 7 inches (101.6 × 177.8mm). Final trimmed size may vary slightly during production and cutting.
Why is there white space at the top and bottom of the sticker sheet?
Our sticker sheets use a 4 x 7 inch paper size (101.6 × 177.8mm), with an actual printable area of approximately 3.9 x 6.7 inches (100 × 170mm).
The small white space around the edges helps improve printing alignment, cutting accuracy, and overall print consistency. It also gives the machine space to grab and feed the sheet properly during production and helps protect the stickers during handling and packaging.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Our stickers are printed on water resistant vinyl material suitable for normal everyday use. They can handle light water exposure such as water bottles, laptops, and daily handling, but long term outdoor exposure, soaking, or dishwasher use may reduce their lifespan over time.
Can I print just one sheet?
Yes. We specialise in small quantity custom sticker printing.
When will my order be shipped?
We always aim and promise to dispatch orders by the next working day after payment and design approval.
If there are any unexpected delays or circumstances outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and keep you updated on your order status.
Do you ship New Zealand wide?
Yes. We ship throughout New Zealand.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are custom made and personalised, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if there is a printing quality issue or production problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help. In genuine quality issue cases, we may offer a replacement or reprint.
